Types of Contracts
Direct Hire
This is not a contract role, but rather a direct placement with an employer. After accepting a job offer, you’re a permanent employee of the hiring company—and on their payroll.
Seasonal or Project-Based
Temporary work that’s focused on peak seasons or special projects. Choose these assignments to gain experience or to find short term work that fits your availability and lifestyle
Temporary/Contract
With this hiring arrangement you can gain skills and experience, try out different types of jobs with different companies, or put your experience to work for projects of a limited duration. Assignments can range from days to weeks or months. Many times, these assignments can lead to full-time hire.
Temp to Hire
This is a contract role that gives you a chance to try out the job before committing to full-time hire.
